Voice Mail

There will be times when you are unable to answer a call. Such as when you are needed at home and your line is busy. Or, when your friend needs to talk and your mobile phone is switched off. Whatever the reasons may be, our Voice Mail service will pick up the call and record a message. Even if the caller chooses not to leave a message, you will be notified of the call attempt via SMS.

Personalizing Your Voice Mail

By recording a personal greeting, you are reassuring your callers that they have dialed the right number and encourage them to leave a voice message for you. Incoming voice messages will stay in your voice mailbox. To retrieve your voice messages, dial 777.

With Voice Mail, you can:

• Retrieve messages from your callers when you are unable to answer.
• Record a personalized greeting for free.
• Retrieve your messages within the country for free.
• Access your voice mailbox from another phone or when you are abroad.
• Activate this service for free.

Activating Voice Mail

To activate the Voice Mail service, dial 777 and follow the instructions. Alternatively, dial 333 to speak with a Customer Care representative.

Accessing Voice Mail

• To directly access your Voice Mail from your Roshan mobile outside of Afghanistan, dial +93 799 787 778.
• To access your Voice Mail from another phone, dial +93 799 788 788 and enter your PIN.
