We recommend setting up a PIN code in case your mobile phone gets lost or stolen. Your mobile's preset PIN is 1234. It is important to change the preset PIN to a number you can easily remember. We also suggest that you make this PIN the same as your VoiceMail PIN. That way, you only have one number to remember.

Refer to your mobile manual if you want to change your PIN. If you forget your PIN, just call Customer Service on 333 and they will help you out.

For your security, if you or someone else enters your mobile's PIN incorrectly three times in a row, your mobile will display PUK or 'blocked' and will not respond. If this happens, call 333 immediately and most importantly, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER ANYTHING ELSE INTO YOUR MOBILE. You risk corrupting your SIM card if you do this.

We will give you a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) when you've answered some security questions. Prepaid customers, please look in your Welcome Pack for your PUK Number.

There may be some costs associated with obtaining the PUK for your mobile.

In the event that your mobile phone gets lost or is stolen, ring the police, and also call us on 333. It is important that you do this as soon as possible as all calls made before we are advised of loss or theft will be charged to you.
