Roshan's Customer Services division provides real-time resolution to customer inquiries. Our nationwide call centre is available from 6 a.m to 10 p.m daily and is staffed with highly trained representatives who are fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English. Roshan's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is the first of its kind in Afghanistan and helps to direct customer calls more efficiently. It is our commitment to ensure that Roshan operates a customer friendly organization, with the paramount goal of resolving customer issues quickly and accurately, resulting in satisfied customers. We also have Customer Service Care Centres in 15 cities across Afghanistan, to further offer localized and customized service. Our Authorised Dealer network is also trained and qualified to provide first-level customer service support.
