Based on length of service, employee's are entitled to 30 days of annual leave (appropriately pro-rated for part-time employees) as well as national holidays.

The company recognizes the need to balance home and work life for all employees. All parents are entitled to maternity, paternity or adoption leave regardless of service.

All permanent employees may be covered for loss of earnings due to illness. This is effective from the first day of employment. The cover increases with length of service.
