Features

The features of this package include all the components of  Package SIM 1 as well as:

Roaming

  • It is easy to stay in touch when you are out the country
  • You can use your mobile in many countries around the world, with the same number you use here at home
  • You can also use text messaging and Voice Mai servicesl. So whatever you do, do not forget to pack your mobile.
  • When you are roaming, you pay also for incoming calls. It is possible to set the barring of incoming calls
  • We are adding new countries where you can roam every month. Please refer to the roaming section for more details

Call Wait / Call Hold

  • You can juggle two calls if you want to. Call Wait lets you put one call on hold while you answer a new one, then switch between the two calls. You can also put a call on hold to make another call yourself
  • You will hear a quick beep to alert you about a second incoming call. To answer the second call, just respond to the prompts on your mobile's screen. On most mobiles, you will see options like ‘Answer?' or 'Swap?'. Use your mobile's scrolling button to choose the option you want, and then select it by pressing the SEND key

Multiparty Calls

  • Multiparty calls are a great way to hold a meeting without the hassle of anybody having to leave the office
  • To initiate a multiparty call, make the first call, then during the call, go to the menu of your phone, select the New Call option, type the second number, press Yes/Send and when the second person answers, go to the menu again and choose Conference. Now all 3 people will be able to hear each other

Fax & Data

  • With SIM 2, customers can send and receive faxes and also make data calls to the Internet. For receiving options, please call us by dialling 333 to help you with setting-up your dedicated fax or data number
  • This is an advanced option and usage depends on whether your mobile phone supports the facility
