Roshan’s modern call center serves six million customers 24 hours a day, and receives more than 230,000 calls per week, responding to more than 97% of calls. Our professional and active CC staffs are ready to help you resolve any issues, such as activating packages, and answering your questions about Roshan’s products and services in Dari, Pashto, and English languages.


With respect to cultural traditions, Roshan female customers have the option to speak with Ladies call center. The staffs of this office are 100% female. We are committed to providing a ground for our esteemed customers so that they can freely share their problems.

To register for the Ladies Call Center, dial 333 on Saturday between 6 AM and 4 PM and select option 9. Once your registration has been verified, your phone will be automatically connected to the Ladies Call Center anytime you need customer service.
